The components they offer are the best out there and have a lot of options to customize. The staff is very supportive. The software has some room to improve, but the overall experience was great. I would recommend them as a reliable Salesforce partner.

We partnered with AC to help us configure our initial Salesforce.com implementation. Our main goal was to create a feasible knowledge base and inside the community for developers and support to discuss ideas and projects. Based on our evaluation of SFSC partners who work with Experience Cloud, AC was the best choice experience and money-wise. They engaged our team with thoughtful questions and brought several team members to our discovery calls to ensure that they would be able to address our concerns. During those early calls, they discovered a few different pain points for us and proactively researched solutions to help address those future issues before they were even contracted! That customer-first approach carried over into the kick-off of our project and was a constant throughout the entirety of our time together. Great job!

We moved our partners and members to the Experience Cloud platform, and are in the process of adding our event registration, customer support/frequently asked questions, and other services to Salesforce. We want everything in one place so that we have a holistic view of our audiences and one platform for employees, streamlining processes and being more efficient while also better serving our audiences. Advanced Communities tools and modules for Experience Cloud made the integration and our out-of-the-box ideas easy to solve. I would like to thank the whole team for the best job done!
