Directly reporting into the Head of PR, we are looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to act as a deputy and take on key responsibilities alongside the senior team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks: Passionate about media relations with strong contacts across property and consumer press
-Proven and adaptable writing skills
-Previous event management and good organisational skills
-Confident presentation skills and able to lead meetings
-Good networking capabilities, you will be expected to regularly attend industry events and identify new business opportunities and contacts
-Previous budget experience and a full understanding mark-up rules and budgeting procedures would be beneficial
-Creative thinker and ability to lead on new business brainstorms, research, proposals and presentations
-Monitoring all press opportunities across all platforms
-Organisation and project management on a range of projects and clients
-Prepare monthly reports on account activity
-Attend regular meetings, update job sheets and track team progress
-Working closely with all divisions and the account team to ensure smooth invoicing process
-Key contact for day-to-day client liaison
You may in addition be asked to perform any other duties reasonably within your capability and skills as the interests of the business dictate.
-Excellent quality of work produced to client satisfaction with minimum errors
-Participation in the development of business for existing and new clients
-Demonstrable self-starting, intelligence and innovative thinking skills
-Accurate attention to detail and admin tasks
-IT literate with all word programmes
-Literate and numerate with strong writing and editing skills
-Proficient telephone manner and communication skills
-Good planning and organisational abilities
-Confident, professional at all levels
-Knowledge based learning from within an agency environment
-Educated to high standard in the field of PR, Marketing or Journalism
Desirable Skills and Knowledge Knowledge from within the property industry an advantage

This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join the YOU marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will build and manage relationships with a number of awesome brands. You will manage and mentor a small team at a strategic level, as well as get a unique opportunity to take a hands on, 360 degree approach. Expect to give expert advice to clients on how you can help support their strategic direction with ingenious and exciting ideas. Other duties include acting as the go between for the client and internal departments, attending client meetings and interpreting and writing briefs.
