RJM Glass, Windows & Doors is a well established family run business which has successfully completed several hundred window, door and conservatory installations over many years. We take great pride in our customer service. When you contact us, we arrange an appointment to inspect any windows and doors that you may wish to replace or have repaired. We will then discuss the best course of action with you, and advise on the styles and configurations we believe will look good, achieve the result you want, and meet building regulations. Then we will produce a full, detailed quotation for you which can be given to you over the phone, plus a hard copy will be sent by post or email. All our quotations include a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. We believe customers should not be put under pressure to make a decision, which is why we do not provide the quotation whilst we are at your premises. This way you can study our proposals at your leisure before deciding. The price we quote is the price for the job, and not an inflated price from which we will offer discounts to win your business. And it is not our practice to chase customers over the phone to confirm their order. Our overriding objectives are to make it easy to do business with us and to delight you with the results.
