I am pleased to report that I have experienced both polite and efficient customer service from the phone operator through to the attending plumbers and engineers.
Communication is regular throughout visits, which has been vital to me in particular when I can’t be in attendance.
In every instance, they have explained what needs to be done before they carry out any work, and provided options according to budget when possible.
