Join Arla Foods as Sales Assistant in a permanent, part-time role, where you’ll support our commercial team and help bring our products to life for customers.
How you will make an impact
Reporting into an Account Controller, you will provide support to the frontline commercial team with various tasks such as administration, sales reporting, and trade event management. You will be responsible for:
* Weekly reporting & performance tracking
* Invoices, coding, & tracking
* Debt management support
* Store visits & sample management
* PO creation and management, new store set up, team site maintenance, contact lists, sales admin, and event support (internal & external).
What will make you successful?
To excel in this role, you’ll be a results-driven individual with strong organisational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident in using Microsoft Office- particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Strong numerical and communication skills, combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, are essential.
