We are seeking an organised and proactive Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to join their operations team. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating shipments and resolving shipment queries
- Liaising closely with shippers/consignee's ensuring shipments are delivered on time and within budgets
- Preparing and processing shipping documentation (delivery notes, invoices, customs paperwork)
- Booking couriers and tracking deliveries
- Maintaining records of all export transactions, including tracking shipments and preparing reports on shipping costs and delivery times on their systems.
- Happy to help assist in the warehouse if needed
Requirements:
- Previous office-based experience or a graduate looking for their first role
- Strong attention to detail
- IT savvy with good MS Office skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
