About The Role
- Our SOC Engineers work to help monitor the environment, identifying and responding to security threats.
- You will mainly be responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and fine-tuning security monitoring solutions utilising Microsoft technologies for our clients.
- The successful candidate will also serve as a point of escalation for analysts, helping to comprehend the context of alarms and, if required, determining how to modify the detection logic to prevent future occurrences or to eliminate superfluous alerts.
Role Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be able to draw on existing engineering experience and knowledge around Sentinel, integrations and wider Azure technologies.
- This is a customer-facing role and can at times be high-pressure, so the right candidate will be able to demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills to drive engineering issues to a resolution.
- Candidates will be required to achieve SC clearance.
- Industry standard certifications for operational technologies (e.g SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500)
