Optical Sales Representative Lenses & Frames

Location: Field-Based (UK Region e.g., London & South East)
Salary: £35,000 £45,000 + Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £60K+)
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

WLP Recruitment is representing a prestigious, globally recognised eyewear manufacturer in search of a driven and knowledgeable Optical Sales Representative.

This is an exciting B2B opportunity to join a leading brand and manage relationships with optical retailers, independent practices, and buying groups offering premium lenses, frames, and optical solutions.

• Manage and grow a defined territory of optical clients

• Promote and sell the companys lens and frame portfolio to opticians and business owners

• Conduct training, product demos, and commercial support for practices

• Develop long-term relationships and increase account performance

• Attend industry events and trade shows on behalf of the brand

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics)

• 2+ years' experience in optical B2B sales (lenses, frames, coatings, or similar)

• Strong understanding of the optical retail environment

• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Able to travel within region (UK driving licence required)

• Passionate about optics, fashion, and customer partnerships

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
