What You'll Be Doing
You will focus on Change Management and Communication in a business undergoing integration and transformation: Develop deep understanding of business area roadmaps and strategy to ensure the delivery of outcomes, with awareness of the wider change agenda through business engagement and syncing with Business Partners, foreseeing interdependencies, resource needs and flex as necessary.
- Partner with the People Director to develop strategies that boost performance and engagement.
- Plan recruitment, development, and succession of talent across the organisation.
- Drive Change Initiatives: Attend Transformation Board and Change meetings to support change initiatives across business units and ensure smooth integration and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop Change Management Plans: Design and implement structured change management projects for the people team, including stakeholder assessments, risk analysis, and impact evaluations.
- Lead Communication Strategies: Create clear, consistent, and compelling communication plans that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the transformation journey.
- Advocate for Employee Engagement: Ensure employees are heard, supported, and connected to the company’s vision by promoting a two-way feedback process throughout the transformation.
- Build Cross-functional Relationships: Partner with leaders and teams across functions to identify needs, address concerns, and foster a culture open to change.
- Provide Guidance and Coaching: Offer coaching and support to People Team and managers on best practices in change management, communication, and team engagement.
- Monitor and Measure Impact: Track and analyze the effectiveness of change initiatives and communications, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Identify Risks and Mitigation: Anticipate resistance or challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
