As the founder of The Thrive Group I strongly believe in the transformational power of development. I am fascinated by people. Who they are, what they do, why they do it. I believe that everyone has the ability to fulfil their potential with the right support, understanding, mindset and encouragement. Throughout my career I have been awed by the human ability to overcome obstacles, to reach for the stars and to flourish both professionally and personally. I have experienced this myself. Thrive was born from the loss of my husband to cancer in 2015. Life is complicated and I realised that I wanted to do things differently and to help others to successfully navigate the colourful tapestry of life at work and at home.
Before setting up Thrive I held leadership positions in financial services firms gaining experience across all areas of people and organisational development. I hold a degree in psychology, I am CIPD qualified and have an AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. I also have Certificates in Systemic Team Coaching and Transactional Analysis. I am accredited in Lumina Spark, Myers Briggs, SDI, Belbin and Hogan 360. After my passion for developing people is my passion for travel and can regularly be found in the departure lounge waiting for my next adventure!
